All measurements in cm. If you're between sizes, choose by your preferred fit — size down for a fitted match cut, up for a relaxed everyday cut.

How to measure

• Chest: tape around the widest part, level and relaxed.
• Waist: tape around the narrowest point of your torso.
• Length: from the top of your shoulder straight down to where you want the kit to end.

Care

• Turn inside out before every wash.
• Wash cold (≤30°C). Hand wash or gentle cycle.
• Wash separately — don't mix lights with darks, or cotton with polyester.
• No tumble dryer. Air dry away from direct sunlight.
• Iron on low — never directly on prints, badges or names.
• Skip fabric softeners and detergents with bleach or oxygen brighteners; they damage the fabric and any personalisation.
