We want you happy with your kit. Here's how returns work.
Return window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. After that the sale is final.
Email us first
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns received without prior approval can't be accepted.
Condition
The kit must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and original packaging.
Items we can't accept back
- Personalised kits (with a chosen name or number) these are final sale.
- Items damaged by wear, incorrect washing, or misuse.
Return shipping
If the item is defective or we sent the wrong one, we cover return shipping. For any other reason (change of mind, wrong size), return shipping is on you, please use a tracked service.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Check your kit as soon as it arrives. If anything is wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We'll cover the return shipping and either replace the item free or refund you in full, your choice.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping costs aren't refundable except where the law requires it.
Order changes and cancellations
Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. We'll do our best to catch it, but we can only make changes if the order hasn't already been processed. Once it ships, it can't be cancelled — you'll need to wait for it to arrive and follow the returns process above.
Chargebacks
If anything's wrong, please email us first we'll fix it fast. Filing a chargeback before giving us the chance to help is treated as a breach of these terms and we will contest it with delivery proof.
