Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we ship worldwide, free, on every order. Wherever you are, delivery is free with duties and taxes included in the price you see at checkout.
How do I know which size to choose?
Every product page has a size chart under the "Size & Care Guide" section — chest, waist, length, and a "Fits" guide by weight range. All measurements are in cm, taken directly from the kit.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on any unworn item with tags on. We cover the return shipping and either send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
Personalized items (with a name or number) can only be returned if there's a fault on our end.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
No. The price at checkout is the final price — free worldwide shipping includes all duties, taxes, and customs fees. No surprise charges when your package arrives.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Checkout runs through Stripe and PayPal — both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest security standard for payment processors. Your card details never touch our servers. Everything is encrypted end-to-end.
How can I track my order?
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number 1–2 business days after ordering, and live status updates from dispatch to your door.
Delivery is typically 2–3 weeks. If your package looks stuck or missing, email support@futboutique.com and we'll chase it for you.
How do I add a name and number to the jersey?
On the product page, toggle "Add personalization" before adding to cart, then type the number (up to 2 digits) and name (up to 12 characters). It's €3.90 extra per kit and gets printed before we ship.
How do I add a badge or patch to my jersey?
Badges are pre-applied to select kits — check the product images to see exactly what's included with that jersey (Champions League, Europa League, and domestic league patches appear on relevant home/away kits).
If a badge isn't shown on the kit you want, it's not available for that season. Email support@futboutique.com with the specific badge you're after — we're expanding the range and might be able to source it.
Do you have kids sizes and tracksuits?
Not yet — kids sizes and tracksuits are launching soon. Email support@futboutique.com to be notified when they go live, or let us know the specific kit and size you're after and we'll flag it for you.
