These are the terms that apply when you shop with FutBoutique. Placing an order means you've read them and agree.

Prices and availability
Prices are shown in the store's displayed currency and include applicable taxes. Stock can change quickly during new releases, if something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll email you and refund you in full.

Your order
Your order is confirmed by email once payment is received. If you need to change it, email us before it enters processing.

Returns and refunds
These are covered in our Refund policy. Short version: 14 days from delivery to request a return, no returns on personalised kits, damaged or wrong items reported within 48 hours are replaced free.

Customs and duties
All prices include duties, taxes, and worldwide delivery. Nothing extra is charged at your door.

Intellectual property
Everything you see on the site, photos, copy, page designs, logo... All belongs to FutBoutique. Club crests and national-team badges shown on kits belong to their respective clubs and federations. Please don't reuse our content without asking us first.

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a purchase. Nothing here limits your legal consumer rights.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page and applies to orders placed from that point on.
