Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum, no exceptions.

Processing time
We dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment. During peak seasons (major releases, holidays) this can extend a day or two.

Delivery time
Standard delivery is 10–15 business days door-to-door after dispatch. During busy periods it can take up to 3 weeks. Every order ships tracked you'll get a tracking link by email; please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking to start updating.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can update it before the order goes into processing, but not after. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address you supplied that turns out to be wrong.

Customs and duties
Every price on the site is fully-landed, duties, taxes, and delivery are already included. You will never be charged extra on delivery, no matter where in the world you're ordering from.

Lost, missing, or damaged
- Tracking stopped updating and delivery date has passed: email us within 7 days so we can open a case with the carrier.
- Marked as delivered but you don't have it: please check with neighbours and your local depot first, then email us and we'll investigate.
- Damaged or wrong item on arrival: email us within 48 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Delays we can't control
Delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance, extreme weather, and carrier disruptions can add days we'll always help you track it down, but we can't be responsible for delays outside our reach.
